i found out a room called

join the room and you can get updates of the rooms which are having gift parties and rooms which will have gift parties
+ if u want to advertise ur ChatRoom, simply tell a moderator that you are having a gift party, or u will have a gift party..


exmple:

user: hey moderator, we re having a gift party at example chatroom..
moderator: ok, i will announce it ;)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OR
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
user: hey moderator, we re having a gift party at example chatroom at sunday night12 pm (GMT+5)
moderator: ok, i will announce it ;)
